Due to continued growth, Northwest Mining Company (NWM) is looking for Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team.

With multiple site locations and flexible roster options including a lifestyle roster or a Monday–Friday roster, this role suits operators looking for both stability and balance.
You’ll operate a range of equipment, including:
- Excavators (5t–30t)
- Moxy Dump Trucks (Volvo A40G & A30G)
- Graders (Cat 14M–16M)
- Tipper Trucks (8t–12t)
- Water Carts & Posi-Track Bobcats
- Service / Fuel Cart
Your day-to-day will include:
- Dam desilting & under-belt cleaning
- Road maintenance & washery clean-up
- General labouring & site support
- Road and carpark maintenance
- Sump and drain clean
- Work available across various mine sites in the Hunter region
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating Excavators, Moxys,
Graders & other mobile plant
- Relevant Mine or Civil Site RPLs
- A current unrestricted HR Licence is highly desirable
- Ability to pass an Order 45 Medical
- A strong work ethic & commitment to equipment care
- Live within 80km radius of Muswellbrook (not a FIFO opportunity)
