About the Role
We're looking for an Injury Management Specialist to manage workers compensation and injury management across a multi-jurisdictional environment.This is a hands-on role focused on early support, strong communication and helping employees stay connected to work to achieve the best recovery outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage end to end workers compensation claims
- Act early to support injured employees and improve outcomes
- Develop and coordinate return to work plans
- Liaise with insurers, medical providers and stakeholders
- Support leaders with clear, practical guidance
- Ensure compliance with legislation and requirements
About You
You genuinely care about people and understand how important early support and communication are in recovery.You bring empathy, professionalism and sound judgement, with a focus on helping employees feel supported and confident throughout their return to work. You will also have:
- Experience across multiple Australian workers compensation schemes
- Experience managing physical and psychosocial claims
- Strong knowledge of legislation, RTW obligations and rehab principles
- Ability to manage a busy caseload
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
