Are you an experienced NDIS professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating supports and helping people achieve their employment goals? Join our Rocklea team as an Employment Lead - NDIS in a rewarding, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Working closely with participants, families, support staff and community stakeholders, you'll lead quality service delivery, support frontline teams, coordinate participant programs and ensure positive employment outcomes for Supported Employees.

Based on site in Rocklea, this opportunity is ideally full-time, however part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. You'll enjoy autonomy, variety and the support of a collaborative leadership team that is passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of people with disability.

About the Role

As Employment Lead - NDIS, you'll oversee participant service delivery, stakeholder engagement, workforce development initiatives, and quality compliance activities while supporting supported employees to achieve meaningful vocational outcomes.

From facilitating participant onboarding and building community partnerships to coordinating supports and ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements, you'll be at the heart of creating positive outcomes for both customers and the business.

What You'll Do

- Lead high-quality NDIS service delivery and support participants to achieve their employment goals
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, schools, plan managers, support coordinators and community stakeholders
- Coordinate participant onboarding, schedules, supports, attendance and service documentation
- Support, coach and guide frontline staff while promoting a positive, customer-centred culture
- Drive compliance, reporting and quality standards across systems including Carelink,



RiskMan and Microsoft Office

About You

You bring a genuine passion for supporting people, coupled with the confidence to work autonomously in a quick-paced environment. You're naturally curious, solutions-focused and don't stop at "I don't know" - you find the answer.

You'll be successful if you have:

- Experience within the NDIS, disability, DES, community services or employment services sectors
- Strong administration and computer skills, including confidence using systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across a diverse range of people
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- The ability to balance frontline support, administration, compliance and relationship management

Essential Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance – Or be willing to obtain
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) – Or be willing to obtain
- Up to date First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current QLD Driver's Licence
- Right to Work in Australia
