We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent role with a well-established commercial builder on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

This is an office-based role with regular site time, delivering new build and refurbishment projects across the government, education and private sectors. You'll take full ownership of your projects from award through to handover, with a focus on programme, cost and client relationships.

The Role:

- Permanent full-time position
- Immediate start
- Northern Beaches office with regular site visits
- Manage multiple projects up to $15m, typically $3–5m
- Own programme, budgets, cost reporting, variations and progress claims
- Procure and manage subcontractors and consultants
- Deliver works safely in live and occupied environments
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and site teams

About You:





- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial builder
- Solid new build experience, with refurbishment a plus
- Government, education or public sector project experience highly regarded
- Strong commercial skills and confidence managing budgets and subcontractors
- Procore or similar project management software experience
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
