Raywell Contracting is seeking experienced all‑round operators to join our team at Evolution Mining’s Mungari gold mine. This role offers stable, full‑time work, a strong safety culture, and the opportunity to operate a wide range of up-to-date machinery.
About the Role
Operators will be required to competently operate a variety of machines, including:
- Dozers (up to D10T)
- Excavators (Cat models up to 36‑tonne)
- Loaders (980)
- Graders (H Series)
- Water carts (Cat 740)
- Dump trucks (Cat 745 and Volvo A60J)
Work will include production, haul road construction and maintenance, rehabilitation, and general earthworks.
Location
Applicants must live within driving distance of the Mungari mine. The site is conveniently located:
- 20 minutes from Kalgoorlie
- 20 minutes from Coolgardie
Local Goldfields residents are strongly preferred. However, we will consider Perth based candidates.
Roster & Lifestyle

Essential Criteria
- Experience operating dozers, excavators, loaders, articulated trucks, or graders
- Strong safety culture and commitment to safe work practices
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and well-presented
- Flexibility to operate multiple machine types, including dump trucks
- Accommodation within driving distance of the mine
- Current Australian driver’s licence (MR or higher preferred)
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
