THE ORGANISATION
We are partnering with a growing and people-focused organisation seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.
This is a hands on HR role suited to someone who enjoys partnering with leaders, supporting employees across the full employee lifecycle, and bringing a practical, commercial approach to people and culture.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide trusted HR advice and support across the organisation, partnering closely with managers and leaders on a broad range of people-related matters. You will provide guidance across employee relations, performance management and workplace policies, while supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to development and offboarding.



You will also be responsible for managing key HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records and coordinating and processing payroll using Employment Hero.

THE CRITERIA
You will have the chance to make a meaningful impact across both the people agenda and day to day HR operations, while working closely with leaders to support a positive and high-performing workplace.
Employment Hero experience is essential for this role.
