About the role

We have an opportunity for a bright, highly organised and personable individual to join our team. This is a part time position, with working days that can be tailored to suit the right person. The role is a diverse reception, administration and Personal Assistant position within our boutique commercial law firm.

As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a professional and welcoming experience, while providing essential support and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office are well coordinated.

This position will suit someone who is efficient, resourceful and naturally takes ownership of their work. You will be entrusted to manage a range of administrative responsibilities, assist with client communication, coordinate appointments and be a hands-on PA.

- Professional, approachable and confident when dealing with clients

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Able to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload





- A clear and confident communicator

- Discreet and respectful when handling confidential information

- Comfortable working independently and anticipating what needs to be done

- Proactive, dependable and willing to learn

- Previous legal administration or PA experience is desirable, but the right attitude and aptitude are equally important for someone interested in the law
