Noble Lakeside Park is seeking a reliable and practical Grounds & Maintenance Worker to join our team at our over-50s lifestyle community in Kingscliff.

About the role

This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation and is willing to turn their hand to a range of maintenance tasks. You don't need to be an expert in everything. What matters most is a good attitude, strong work ethic and pride in a job well done.

Key responsibilities

- Garden and grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilising and mulching

- Palm tree pruning using appropriate equipment

- Irrigation and pump maintenance

- General maintenance of buildings and facilities

- Keeping grounds and communal areas clean and well presented

- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues

- Caring for tools, equipment and company vehicles

- General handyman and maintenance tasks as required

About you





- Reliable, punctual and hardworking

- Experienced in grounds, gardening or general maintenance

- Practical and able to use initiative

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- Friendly and respectful when dealing with residents

- Committed to safe work practices

- Willing to learn and take on varied duties

Experience with irrigation, pool maintenance, horticulture, fencing or general handyman work would be highly regarded.
