About the role:
You will gain exposure to a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters, and some tasks you will be included are:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Advising on corporate structures, governance and regulatory compliance.
- Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases.
- Advising on shareholder agreements, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.
- Providing general commercial advice to a diverse client base.
- Managing client relationships and working closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex matters.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 3 years’ PQE in corporate and/or commercial law.
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong technical, drafting and communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in developing your career in corporate and commercial law.
