We are seeking an additional Full Time Administrator who will help support our Service Team at our office located in Loganholme - onsite parking available. This role will be more focused around our long term established subcontractor base who are located throughout Qld and Northern NSW.
Your Role:
Service Related
- Issuing jobs to Contractors & Technicians
- Booking jobs with our existing clients
- Confirmation with clients regarding service reports
- Open service jobs & jobs costings
- Arrange for purchase orders from our clients & suppliers
- Quote existing clients - labour & parts
- Arrange for quotes & order parts
- WIP maintenance
- Preventative maintenance
General Administration
- Liaise with accounts receivable/payable & procurement as required
- General administration & support tasks for our team
Your Profile:
- High focus on quality & attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Analytical & Problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word & Excel
- Highly Organised with the ability to Prioritise work
- Accurate touch type skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team with a 'Can Do' attitude
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential - within a service department will be highly regarded
