We’re looking for multiple Senior Python Developers to join a high-performing engineering team building production-grade AI capabilities across a large enterprise environment.

This is a software engineering role first, with Python at the centre. You’ll design, build and operate backend services and AI-enabled workflows used across customer-facing and internal platforms, with a strong focus on production quality, reliability and scalability.

What you’ll be working on

You’ll build and support:

- Python backend services and APIs
- Production agentic AI workflows
- RAG and enterprise knowledge solutions
- MCP integrations and AI-enabled tooling
- Human-in-the-loop and headless agent workflows
- LLM evaluation and quality frameworks
- Enterprise integrations with internal platforms and data sources
- CI/CD, containerised deployment and production observability

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have:

- Strong commercial Python development experience
- Deep backend software engineering fundamentals
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable production systems
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, RAG or MCP
- Exposure to frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain or Google ADK
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP,



AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, testing, CI/CD and production support
- Ability to explain design decisions, trade-offs and failure scenarios clearly

AI experience

We’re particularly interested in engineers who have moved beyond prototypes and have built real production AI systems.

Relevant experience could include:

- Agent orchestration
- Retrieval and grounding
- Prompt and agent evaluation
- Guardrails and human oversight
- Model integration
- Observability and regression testing
- AI-assisted software delivery

The opportunity

This is a chance to work on enterprise-scale AI engineering in an setting where Python, software engineering and production AI are all central to the role.

You’ll remain hands-on while contributing to architecture, engineering standards and the evolution of AI-enabled systems across the organisation.

We are looking for both mid-level and senior developers. Salaries range between $160,000 - $240,000 plus bonus.
