Duties include but are not limited to:

o On site check measures

o Identify any problems on site before commencing

o Identify defects as they occur in our trade

o Ensure all our in-house employees and subbies adhere to protected working practices

o Liaising with client’s supervisor to ensure we meet their deadlines and requirements on site

o Cost variations and issue them to builders, ensuring we do not start until approved

o Utilising Buildxact Software to track your projects

o Liaising with works order manager as to required labour and materials on site for all our trades

o Ensure site is suitable for our trades to work on. If not advise clients supervisor

o Conduct toolbox talks when required

o Check and approve invoices from sub-contractors

o Request accounts to invoice our works completed
