Ray White Kensington is expanding and seeking a driven, highly motivated Sales Associate or Co Agent to partner with one of our top performing teams.

What you will be doing:

- Working directly alongside lead agents to secure, market, and sell residential property

- Proactively prospecting, cold calling, and following up leads to build a strong pipeline

- Managing buyer databases and conducting open for inspections

- Delivering exceptional customer service to vendors and purchasers

- Assisting with buyer feedback, and offer negotiations

What we are looking for:

- Current SA Real Estate Sales Registration

- Prior experience in real estate sales or high volume phone prospecting

- A sharp, presentable qualified with first class communication skills

- Strong negotiation ability and a hunger to achieve uncapped commission





- Self starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and hold a valid driver licence and reliable vehicle

- Must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to work weekends
