What you’ll do

- Prepare and cook quality food for service

- Keep your section organised and service-ready

- Follow food safety, preparation and stock rotation practices

- Work with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly

- At Rosa Italian, help with kitchen hand duties as well as cooking

What we’re looking for

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery for the Chef roles

- Commercial kitchen experience





- Cooking/kitchenhand experience for the Rosa Italian role

- Experience across grill, pans, fryers and larder is an advantage for the Chef roles

- Good food safety practices, organisation and a reliable approach

- Availability for rostered shifts, including weekends
