Personal Care Worker / Aged Home Care Worker across Brisbane, QLD

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers and Domestic Assistants to provide high-quality in-home support to our clients across the Brisbane area and surrounding areas.

Please note: The shifts currently being offered are short shifts only. These are suitable for workers who are looking for flexible, short-duration care and domestic assistance shifts rather than full-day or long shifts.

This role involves assisting clients to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Support is delivered with dignity, respect, and a person-centred approach.

Duties May Include

Domestic Assistance

- Assisting elderly clients with general household tasks
- Cleaning, vacuuming and mopping
- Laundry, ironing and light meal preparation

Personal Care

- Personal care and activities of daily living
- Assistance with showering and grooming
- Medication prompting
- Manual handling and mobility assistance

Social Support & Community Engagement

- Companionship and emotional support
- Community access and social outings
- Shopping and errands
- Transport to appointments
(Must hold a full Australian driver's licence, have a reliable vehicle and current comprehensive insurance.)

About You

You are caring, trustworthy and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.



You enjoy supporting elderly clients and understand the importance of professionalism, safety and compassion in home care.

You should also be comfortable working short shifts and travelling to clients across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

Must Have the Following

- 100 Points of Identification (full Australian driver's licence preferred)
- COVID-19 vaccination (minimum 2 doses) and current flu vaccination
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate from a Registered Training Organisation
- Current National Police Check / International Police Check
- Relevant industry qualification

- NDIS Check
