Eaton is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our ANZ team. In this influential role, you'll work closely with business leaders across a diverse and dynamic workforce, providing strategic and operational HR support that enables growth, capability development, and high-performance outcomes.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering people solutions that align with business objectives and support a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, talent management and organisational effectiveness

- Providing coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management and leadership capability

- Supporting change management and organisational transformation initiatives

- Driving employee engagement, retention and development programs

- Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation





- Managing employee relations matters and supporting investigations when required

- Collaborating with regional and global HR teams to implement key people initiatives

- Supporting succession planning and talent development activities

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice

- Experience providing advice on employee relations, performance management and change initiatives

- Commercial acumen and the ability to align people strategies with business outcomes

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work autonomously

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
