As a key regulatory partner to the business, the Regulatory Manager provides expert advice, guidance and leadership to support operational excellence, product innovation and strategic change through effective navigation of complex regulatory requirements. The role builds and maintains trusted relationships with regulators, influences positive regulatory outcomes, lead a team of Regulatory Advisors to deliver TLC's regulatory engagement strategy, ensuring a consistent, proactive and commercially focused approach to compliance, assurance and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do

- Help lead regulatory strategy and approvals for major business, product and technology initiatives, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation and growth.

- Build trusted relationships with regulators and senior stakeholders, driving proactive engagement, transparent communication and successful regulatory outcomes.

- Provide expert regulatory advice on operational, product and technology changes,



translating complex requirements into practical business solutions.

- Help lead, coach and develop a high-performing regulatory team, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across the function.

- Drive operational excellence through robust regulatory processes, governance frameworks, capability uplift initiatives and ongoing process improvement.

What you'll bring

- Proven experience providing regulatory advice and navigating complex compliance environments within gambling, lotteries, wagering or other highly regulated industries.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage regulators, government bodies and business leaders to achieve successful regulatory outcomes.

- Strategic and commercially minded thinker who can influence decision-making, manage competing priorities and support large-scale business initiatives.

- Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Economics or a related discipline, combined with exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
