OnSide is seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator to help clients navigate the NDIS plan and access community services. You will work with children, young people and adults to gather resources and support goals.
The role is permanent, with versatile schedule (full time or 0.8 FTE 4 days when eligible), hybrid work from home and client visits across the Gold Coast. NDIS training and vehicle insurance included.
