Based in the Sydney CBD, Mallesons invites an IT Service Desk Analyst to join the Technology team. You will be the first port of call for partner and staff technology inquiries, delivering high-quality, white-glove support across Windows 11, Office 365, devices and AV systems.
You will resolve Level 1 and Level 2 issues, document assets, and work with the Service Desk Manager to maintain security, stability and continuous learning within a prestigious skilled services firm.
