About the role

LightHorse Kitchen, Moorebank sports is a up-to-date brasserie specialising in Australian cuisine, open for lunch and dinner focused on usinghigh-quality produce, changing the menu with the seasons and keeping up with new food trends. We are looking for a experienced Chef to join our professional kitchen staff of 11 and grow within the role! your working duties and responsibilities will include:
Input toward menu's
input towards chef specials
Train and supervise over 8 staff (if in head/sous chef roll)
Enforce and follow all HACCP Rules




Ensuring all safe food practices are maintained
Produce innovative and delicious food experiences.

Skills and experience
Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable brasserie/restaurant
Proven experience leading kitchen staff
