Production Manager Reinforcing Steel (Western Sydney)

Our client is a long-established and highly respected family owned organisation within the reinforcing steel sector. With a solid reputation for quality, reliability, and long-standing industry relationships, they are seeking an energetic and capable Production Manager with relevant qualifications, at minimum Trade Qualification in Metal Fabrication / Engineering (Fabrication Trade), to oversee and optimise operations at their Western Sydney manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing production lines, working closely with Supervisors to set and achieve output targets, and ensuring finished products meet strict quality and delivery standards. Experience within steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing settings is preferred.

This position requires strong knowledge of procurement, distribution, and materials management, together with a hands-on approach to maintaining high safety standards and driving continuous production efficiencies.



The role suits an individual with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a genuine enjoyment of both leading and working alongside a production team.
