Join Our Manufacturing Team

We are a Colorbond Fencing manufacturing business located in Acacia Ridge. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader to join our operation.

About the role

Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will play an key role in overseeing the day-to-day production operation and supporting the team to ensure orders are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities
Leading and supporting the production team on a day-to-day basis
Coordinating production and packing teams to meet fluctuating daily demands
Monitoring production quality and ensuring products meet company standards
Allocating tasks and managing workflow across the production area
Assisting with stock, materials, and warehouse coordination
Ensuring workplace health and safety procedures are followed
Operating and overseeing manufacturing equipment
Identifying production issues and helping implement practical solutions
Training and supporting team members
Maintaining a clean, organised,



and efficient production setting

About you
Has previous experience in a warehouse supervision, production supervision, or leading hand role
Has strong leadership and communication skills
Can confidently lead a team and keep production moving
Has a valuable understanding of workplace health and safety
Is organised, reliable, and hands-on
Can work under pressure and prioritise competing tasks
Has a robust eye for detail and quality
Takes pride in their work and leads by example
Experience in manufacturing, especially in a sheet metal, roofing or steel industry is preferred
