Valuable Company in Melbourne is seeking a senior Womenswear Designer to own the creative direction of key categories within a quick-growing e-commerce fashion brand. You’ll take product from concept through fit to bulk, shaping fabrication, trend direction and the range evolution in a rapid drop cycle.

You’ll report to the General Manager and work closely with the founders, influencing what comes next while balancing margin and commercially driven decisions in a founder-led setting.
