About the Role:
n
In this role you will lead hospitality operations across a diverse calendar of live events, performances, and experiences. You will work in an environment where every event brings newchallenges, new audiences, and new opportunities to
exceedexpectations.
n
The successful candidate will thrive in the quick pace of liveentertainment and understand the importance of
deliveringexcellence
when the pressure is on. This role requires a leaderwho can balance operational demands with genuine hospitality -someone who can manage the unexpected while ensuring every guestfeels welcomed, valued, and looked after.
n

Work closely with the Front of House Manager to ensure aseamless, whole-of-venue experience for guests and hirers, discusspre-event requirements, run sheets, production schedules andactions.
n
Partner with the Theatre Services Manager and in-house chefs toexecute catering requirements.
n
Work with internal teams to keep the food product offeringcurrent, exciting and aligned with changing
patronexpectations.
n
Develop seasonal cocktail menus, introducing innovativebeverage concepts.
n
Partner with the Marketing team on signage, venue branding, andpromotional materials to enhance the patron experience.
n
Process invoices,
track expenditure.
n
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to
integratehospitality
timelines within overall production schedules.
n
Conduct reviews to assess performance, guest feedback, andoperational outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
n
Manage stock, rosters, and outlet readiness to ensure smoothoperations and optimal customer service.
n

The ideal candidate is someone who has:
n
n
Proven experience in food and beverage management, ideallywithin events, entertainment, venues, or high-volumeoperations.
n
A strong track record of delivering outstanding customerservice experiences.
n
Strong knowledge of business planning, event delivery, andcustomer care and pricing strategy development.
n
Confidence managing change, unexpected challenges and competingdemands.
n
Exceptional communication and stakeholder managementskills.
n
Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate andinspire teams.
n
A proactive mindset and willingness to go above andbeyond.
n
The ability to stay composed and solutions focused inhigh-pressure situations.
n
The ability to balance operational demands while maintaining apremium guest experience.
n
A proven track record of successful implementation ofhospitality strategy and
marketing/promotions.
n
Strong post-event analysis capabilities and data-drivendecision-making skills.
n
Current RSA Competency Card.
n
Current First Aid certification (or willingness toobtain).
n
Able to work Monday to Friday (office hours) with flexibilityto work on nights and weekends during show periods.
