The Role
As
Field Safety Officer
, you'll be responsible for overseeing WHS&E; requirements across our field operations and contractor network. You will play a critical role in
implementing, maintaining, and promoting our Safety Management Systems
, and ensure our team operates effectively and safely—without compromising the high level of service our clients expect.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For
Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety
Strong administrative, organisational, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in Construction or HVAC industry
Cert IV in Training & Assessment
Experience with WHS platforms such as:
Safety Culture
SimPRO
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor WHS&E; compliance across Peak ARE worksites
Maintain open communication with field teams and supervisors
Support the coordination and oversight of high-risk activities
Assist with internal and external audits to meet ISO and other accreditation standards
Lead incident/accident reporting and investigation processes
Maintain WHS resources such as PPE, First Aid Kits, and safety equipment
Conduct regular Toolbox Talks and site consultations
Support the development and maintenance of Peak's Integrated Management System (IMS)
Contribute to company-wide communication, meetings, and performance targets
