Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team. This is your chance to shape exceptional guest experiences, develop a talented team, and be part of a dynamic, high-profile venue in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrated restaurant management experience in an a-la-carte restaurant
Exemplary leadership with a robust focus on the crew experience
Exceptional service skills and guest focused




Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
Proven ability in building effective relationships
Organisational and time management skills
Experience using a time & attendance system, Deputy or similar
Experience with reservations system, SevenRooms or similar
Exceptional communication and presentation
Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years in a managerial position within a fine dining or premium dining restaurant
Proven experience in recruiting, training and developing a team
General knowledge of sequence of service, venue financials, rostering and team management.
A passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments for our guests
