About the Role
n
The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Delivery, and Technology functions.
n
This is a hands-on project delivery role requiring the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute directly across project coordination, business analysis, testing, implementation, and transition activities.
n
The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation, go-live, and transition to BAU support.
n
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
n
Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and change control processes.
n
Coordinate delivery across business teams, IT teams, vendors, systems integrators, and third-party partners.
n
Facilitate workshops, project meetings, Agile ceremonies, stakeholder forums,



and decision-making sessions.
n
Support testing activities, data migration planning, reconciliation, validation, integrations, and implementation readiness.
n
Manage project financials including budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control.
n
Provide clear reporting, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
n
Drive collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
n

About You
n
You are an experienced Project Manager with a solid track record delivering complex technology, digital, ERP, or business transformation projects.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects from initiation through implementation and BAU transition.
n
Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
n
Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
n
Experience managing vendors, systems integrators, consultants, and cross-functional delivery teams.
n
Strong governance, risk management, reporting, and financial management capability
n
ERP systems, construction or asset management related systems, risk management tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, EcoSys, ARM)
n
Demonstrated experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, including integrations, is highly desirable.
n
Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement business processes including GL, AP, AR, procure-to-pay (P2P), and vendor management.
n
Experience using project delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
n
Strong analytical capability with experience developing dashboards, tracking project metrics, and supporting benefits realisation.
n
A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
