You will join the Business Change and Improvement team to lead and deliver change management initiatives, design and embed sustainable solutions, and support internal communications.
Working with delivery teams and stakeholders, you will champion the Change Governance Framework, drive adoption of best-practice methods, and help create a change-ready culture across the MI division.
