Aliaxis APAC seeks a proactive HSE Business Partner to drive a safety culture at the Smithfield manufacturing site in Cumberland, NSW. You will coach leaders, strengthen safety leadership, manage injury processes, and lead risk-based initiatives on the shop floor.

The role requires 5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing and a relevant degree, with solid analytical skills to review incidents, conduct root cause analyses and deliver practical HSE training across levels.
