Geelong Leather in Culcairn, NSW, is hiring a Trainee Tanning Drum Operator to join the Drum Department. This full time role involves hands-on processing of cattle hides into wet blue leather and training through our buddy system.

You will operate forklifts, handle hides, mix/use chemicals, and maintain records while adhering to safety and fatigue management. A long-term training path to become a skilled operator is offered.
