Job Responsibilities

Supervise facility operations and coordinate resources, staff and activities to support the efficient operation of the horticultural business.

Duties
n

Coordinate daily facility activities and ensure operational requirements are met.
n
Supervise the use, maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment and facilities.
n
Monitor workplace conditions and ensure health, safety and operational procedures are followed.
n




Coordinate maintenance and repairs and liaise with relevant service providers when required.
n
Manage facility resources, supplies and operational requirements.
n
Supervise staff and allocate tasks according to daily operational needs.
n
Maintain facility records and monitor compliance with relevant procedures and standards.
n

Qualification
n
n
AQF Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.
n
2-3 years of relevant experience in facilities, operations, agriculture or a related field.
n

Salary
n
n
AUD $80,000 - $90,000 per annum + Superannuation
n
