St Patricks Green Aged Care is a welcoming 104-bed residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‐site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.

The Role
n
As Registered Nurse, you'll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity's 180‐year legacy.

What You'll Do
n

Lead and develop a high‐performing clinical and care team
n
Ensure safe, person‐centred,



compliant care every day
n
Support the clinical governance, documentation, AN‐ACC, NQIP, risk & quality
n
Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
n
Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
n
Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes
n
n
About You
n
n
RN with current AHPRA registration
n
Residential Aged Care leadership experience
n
Strong communication and coaching capability
n
Desirable: Minimum of 2+ years' experience in Aged Care
n
