Work closely with experienced construction, design and commercial teams on complex projects

Duties
n
n
Manage commercial fitout projects from pre-construction through to handover
n
Take ownership of programme, budget, quality and project outcomes
n
Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
n
Oversee procurement, contracts, variations and project financials
n
Lead and support site and project teams
n
Identify and manage project risks throughout delivery
n
Build strong client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Experience as a Project Manager within a reputable head contractor / fitout contractor
n
Strong commercial fitout, refurbishment and workplace project experience
n
Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
n
Robust client-facing and stakeholder management skills
n
Sound commercial understanding across procurement, contracts and project financials
n
Construction Management, Engineering or related qualification preferred
n
Open to an established Senior PM or a strong PM ready to take the next step
n
