Life Without Barriers Education in Grafton is a Permanent Full Time Youth Worker role supporting wellbeing and student engagement in a trauma-informed workplace.
You will work with teaching staff to assist learning and implement wellbeing initiatives, helping young people build resilience and life skills.
You will foster inclusive relationships with students and families, coordinate with community agencies, and ensure records and safety policies are followed as part of daily responsibilities.
