They are looking to add an Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate to their Investments & Transactions team, working closely with senior members of the business across the full deal lifecycle.

Preparing credit and investment committee papers
Conducting due diligence across new opportunities

Investment Analyst / Associate - Real Estate Debt

They are looking to add an Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate to their Investments & Transactions team, working closely with senior members of the business across the full deal lifecycle.

The Role
Involvement across origination, underwriting, execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring
Building and maintaining financial models to support investment decisions
Preparing credit and investment committee papers
Conducting due diligence across recent prospects
Direct exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-makers

About You
3–5 years' experience in real estate, ideally with exposure to debt/credit (equity-side candidates also welcome)
Real estate experience across multiple sectors
Strong financial modelling skills
A proactive attitude, with a genuine desire to learn and grow with the business
Experience at a smaller, more specialist firm is well regarded, though not essential
