Mind Australia is seeking a Team Leader for the Adult Step-Up Step-Down (ASUSD) residential service in Bundaberg. This fixed-term, part time role provides practice leadership and day-to-day oversight to deliver recovery-oriented support to people living with psychosocial disability.

You will coach staff, provide supervision, and collaborate with clinical partners and community services to help clients achieve recovery goals and regain independence in the community.
