One of our Federal Government Clients is seeking to engage a Change Manager - (EL1 Level) . This is a long-term contractual position.

Contract Duration: 02 Years (12 months initially + 12 months extension)

Work Location : Canberra (03 Days office/02 Days home per week)

Eligibility: You must need to have Baseline Security Clearance or above.

Essential Criteria
Demonstrated experience leading organisational change, business transformation, or ICT-enabled change initiatives within large and complex organisations.
Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to develop communications, facilitate workshops, and influence stakeholders at all levels.




Experience developing and implementing change management strategies, including impact assessments, business readiness, transition planning, and adoption activities.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate operational planning, governance, executive reporting, and performance monitoring to support organisational objectives.

Desirable Criteria

Experience working within Australian Government ICT settings, including supporting governance, workforce planning, organisational change, or divisional operating model initiatives.
