Lead the delivery of essential community infrastructure as our Program Lead for roads and drainage maintenance.

In this influential leadership role, you will guide and support diverse teams to deliver high-quality civil maintenance works, ensuring our roads and drainage networks remain safe, reliable, and well maintained for the community.

You will play a pivotal role to:
n

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations to meet service delivery or production targets
n
Translate strategic goals into practical operational plans
n
Allocate resources (people, equipment, budgets) to achieve outcomes efficiently
n
Monitor workflows, schedules, and outputs to ensure performance standards are met
n
Lead, motivate, and develop multiple teams to perform effectively under operational demands
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Strong understanding of day-to-day operations, plant, materials, workflows and constraints
n
Experience managing resources (people, equipment, contractors, budgets)
n
Strong safety values and mentorship
n
Demonstrated leadership experience to lead diverse personalities and skill levels
n
The ability to set clear expectations and hold people accountable

This is a permanent full time position with a salary up to $134,140 plus 12.5% superannuation.
