About the Role
n
As a Warehouse & Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are prepared, loaded, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock
n
Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and stock movement
n
Strap, secure, and pack products onto delivery trucks
n
Perform manual handling and lifting tasks as required
n
Assist customers with loading and unloading orders
n
Frequently get on and off the forklift to place dunnage between products
n
Work collaboratively with management and the production team
n
Report stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues
n




Follow all workplace safety procedures, policies, and site rules
n
Support production and warehouse operations with additional tasks as needed
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Current Forklift Licence (essential)
n
Manual driver's licence preferred (not essential)
n
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
n
Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
n
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Strong English communication, reading, and numerical skills
n
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
