About the Role:
n
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, assess and secure top talent. You'll play a critical role in workforce planning, talent pipelining, employer branding, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
n
This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality, efficiency and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
n

Manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of operational, technical and professional roles.
n
Partner with leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
n
Proactively source quality candidates through job boards, social media, talent pools, networking and direct approaches.
n
Screen, interview and assess candidates to identify the best talent.
n
Coordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interviews, reference checks, offers and onboarding.
n
Provide expert market insights and talent acquisition advice to hiring managers.

Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.
n
Champion a positive candidate experience and employer brand throughout the recruitment journey.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment in a corporate, agency or internal talent acquisition environment.
n
Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously.
n
Solid sourcing capability and experience in identifying passive candidates.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
n
Confidence influencing hiring managers and providing recruitment market advice.
n
Strong interviewing, assessment and candidate management skills.
n
Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies.
n
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused and customer-centric approach.
