Service Stream is seeking an ITS Works Monitoring Officer in Victoria to support the Victoria West ITS Maintenance Contract.
You will monitor the road network, triage faults, and coordinate responses in a 24/7 control room setting.
Ideal candidates have experience in control room operations, network operations, or incident coordination and can maintain complete, auditable records while liaising with DTP, TOC and other partners.
