Commis
Chefs
to join our kitchen team.
What will you be doing?
Working under the guidance of the Head Chef and Chef de Partie
,
you'll
assist in preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards while learning and developing your culinary skills in a dynamic resort environment.
Your day-to-day impact
Assist
with preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
Maintain
high standards
of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Complete mise
en
place and opening/closing duties.
Support smooth service by liaising with the F&B; team.
Assist
with stock control and storage of ingredients.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.




What are we looking for in you?
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential).
Previous
experience as a
Commis
Chef or kitchen role desirable.
Strong passion for food, learning, and career development.
Positive teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
