About the role

The Business Development Manager – Projects will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding market presence. This position involves leveraging existing relationships with tier 1 and tier 2 electrical contractors to secure new projects and enhance service delivery. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions and contribute to the organisation's growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the electrical contracting sector
Identify and pursue current business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations
Provide technical insights to clients,



leveraging industry knowledge to enhance service offerings

Skills & experience
Proven experience in business development within the electrical or related industry
Strong capability in managing client relationships and driving sales initiatives
Demonstrated ability to understand technical specifications and communicate effectively with stakeholders
