Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Garment Technician Assistant to join our Design & Production team.
This is a fast paced position working alongside another garment technician and closely with various teams within our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Review photoshoot samples to ensure accuracy in fit, construction, fabric, and finishing details
Identify and communicate any quality issues or discrepancies to the Garment Tech team
Manage and track sample movement across photoshoots and seasonal collection timelines
Support fittings by taking detailed notes and assisting with tech pack updates
Contribute to daily garment tech tasks, including spec reviews and measurement checks
Manage and track all incoming factory parcels, ensuring timely delivery, accurate logging, and communication with relevant teams
Recently graduated or currently studying Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related field




Some experience in a similar role, ideally within the fast fashion industry
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Basic understanding of pattern making and grading
Familiarity with tech packs and garment specs is essential
General understanding of quality assurance
Solid communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
