Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Support the despatch supervisor to ensure all orders are despatched on time and in full




Check orders and ensure they are picked correctly
Maintain the transport pick and despatch system
Attending to gate to ensure all vehicles exiting the branch are leaving with the correct supplies
Liaising with other staff about any issues regarding deliveries and pick-ups
You may be required to assist with loading/unloading of trucks
We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:
Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
A capability to undertake physical tasks safely
Ability to navigate computers and systems
Good organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
