As a Senior Scholarship Officer,
you'll
play a crucial role in supporting students' academic journeys through effective scholarship administration.
You'll
have the opportunity to streamline processes, enhance customer service, and contribute to the University's strategic goals. Working in a dynamic team environment,
you'll
develop your skills in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage Scholarship Programs: Oversee the end-to-end administration of scholarship activities, including applications, selections, and reporting.
Drive Process Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to business activities and processes based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Ensure Service
and Operational
Excellence: Contribute to meeting agreed service levels and standards while providing
accurate
and
timely
information to stakeholders.
Foster Positive Work Environment: Contribute to a professional atmosphere that promotes quality, innovation, and teamwork.

You are a detail-oriented professional with excellent customer service skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and contributing to process improvements in a dynamic higher education environment.
You may also:
Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
Possess
strong communication
skills, both written and verbal, suitable for diverse audiences.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team and independently under pressure.
Excel in using business enterprise systems and MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Show a commitment to continuous professional development and adaptability to change.
Have experience in providing high-quality customer service in a multicultural environment.

student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation

This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.
Scholarships and Bursaries is part of Student and Scholarly Services and
is responsible for
the end-to-end management of over 150 University-wide scholarship programs for undergraduate, graduate, and research students, and the delivery of student payments and scholarship services on behalf of other divisions within the University.
