Senior GTS Consultant - Contract - Sydney
Requirements
5+ years in Infrastructure Services / Managed Services / Cloud Consulting
Experience handling enterprise clients in Australia or APAC region
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in large-scale migration and transformation programs
Exposure to hybrid cloud and multi-vendor environments
Technical Skills :
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
Infrastructure: Windows/Linux Administration
Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper-V
Networking: LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, DNS, Firewalls
ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, Remedy
Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds
Scripting/Automation: PowerShell, Python, Ansible
Security & Compliance knowledge
Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
Key Responsibilities :
Lead infrastructure transformation and managed services engagements.
Design and implement enterprise IT solutions across cloud, network, security,



storage, and compute environments.
Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted technology advisor.
Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and proposal development.
Coordinate with offshore and onsite delivery teams.
Drive automation, ITSM, monitoring, and operational optimisation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Australian security and regulatory standards.
Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and governance activities.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior consultants.
