Role Responsibilities
Build long-horizon product design tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
Create scenarios covering
flow completeness
,
design system fidelity
, and
spec handoff
.
Develop user flows including states like empty, loading, error, permissions, and success.
Ensure design components and tokens are reused from a defined system.
Annotate specs with accessibility notes and measurable copy constraints.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.
Qualifications
Must-Have
3+ years
as a product or UX designer at a SaaS or consumer product company.




Portfolio with shipped flows.
Expertise in
Figma
, design-system development,
WCAG
, accessibility, prototyping, spec annotation, and handoff.
Comfortable with product design artifacts: flows, mocks, specs, design system audits.
Clear written communication to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
