You will be part of a highly experienced payroll team of four, supported by approachable and long-tenured leaders who are always willing to help.

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across the organisation. You will act as a trusted point of contact for payroll queries and work closely with both HR and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing on a weekly/fortnightly basis
Interpret and apply relevant awards and enterprise agreements (SCHADS/Aged Care Award)
Maintain employee records, including new starters, terminations, and contractual changes
Process PAYG, and payroll tax obligations
Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation and ATO requirements
Reconcile payroll accounts and manage month-end reporting
Handle payroll-related queries from staff in a timely and qualified manner
Manage leave calculations, including annual leave, personal leave,



and long service leave
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy
About You
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an end-to-end payroll position
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, and compliance requirements
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
