Business Analyst
We're currently looking for a Business Analyst to join a Transformation team supporting a key digital initiative, focused on selecting a new customer feedback system.
You'll be working within a PMO environment alongside Project Managers and Business Analysts, playing a key role in supporting vendor engagement and helping drive an informed decision.
This is a contract position until the end of June, with possibility of extension into implementation phase.
Key Responsibilities
Support vendor demos, workshops, and Q&A; sessions
Refine and validate business requirements and evaluation criteria
Conduct comparative analysis across vendors
Assist in developing recommendations to support system selection
Engage with stakeholders across the business

About You




Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital or transformation projects
Experience supporting vendor selection and working with external vendors
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work across requirements, analysis, and evaluation activities
Experience with customer feedback platforms or similar systems is advantageous
